LADDERS are one of my favorite training tools.

They’re simple… but brutal. And they work.

Whether you’re training exclusively at home, or you’re already hitting the gym or our studio a couple times a week and want something extra on your off days—this quick bodyweight session delivers.

You can knock it out in under 25 minutes—no equipment required:

PART 1 – Chin-Up Ladder

1 rep → rest 30 sec
2 reps → rest 45 sec
3 reps → rest 60 sec

Repeat 3x

(Too easy? Try 2/4/6 instead)

PART 2 – Upper Body Complex – 3 rounds

30 mountain climbers
20 push-ups
10 spiderman climbs
5 burpees

No rest between moves

PART 3 – Lower Body Complex – 3 rounds

10 squat jumps
10 reverse lunges / leg
10 step ups / leg
20 bodyweight squats

Legs = toast
