Warrior Shred – Core Circuit (new video)
In today’s video, we talk about performing a level one and level two boat pose exercise, engaging the core and keeping the knees tracking over the toes. Then we move into a forearm plank, starting in a sphinx pose and engaging the core while holding the plank position. The plank exercise can also be done from the knees.
Do three 30 second holds of each with 15 seconds rest between sets for a complete core workout!
