⏱ For 10 minutes, alternate between:

β€’ Minute 1: 1 Turkish Get-Up per side (Prescribed weight: 8-12kg for women, 16-20kg for men)
β€’ Minute 2: 20 Kettlebell Swings (Prescribed weight: 12-16kg for women, 20-24kg for men)
