For 10 minutes, alternate between:
β’ Minute 1: 1 Turkish Get-Up per side (Prescribed weight: 8-12kg for women, 16-20kg for men)
β’ Minute 2: 20 Kettlebell Swings (Prescribed weight: 12-16kg for women, 20-24kg for men)
Go back and forth for a total of 10 minutes!
