BRO MEALS – Scrambled Eggs and Egg Whites Veggie Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
Steps:
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl. Separate the yolk from 2 more eggs, and add only the whites to the bowl.
- Use a fork or a whisk to beat the eggs and egg whites together until they are mixed well.
- Add the diced bell pepper and onions to the eggs. Also, add a little bit of salt and pepper. Stir everything together.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the pan.
- Pour the egg and vegetable mixture into the pan.
- Cook until the eggs are set, about 3-4 minutes. You can stir occasionally to scramble the eggs.
- Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, turn off the stove and carefully move your omelette onto a plate.
