We have current availability in the early mornings, mid-day, afternoon / evenings, and weekends at both our 1530 X Street and 7485 Rush River Drive locations.
If you are:
– Just getting started, and want / need more individualized attention
– Want specific guideance on something – extra core workouts, learning / refining the basics of kettlebells, perhaps dailing in your nutrition
– Simply prefer to work with a trainer one-on-one vs in a group setting
