Foundations Boot Camp – Last Chance

So we kicked off our new “Foundations” / Beginner Boot Camp last week! …

People are loving the workouts, and we are getting some amazing feedback after the first few sessions.

Instead of hopping into our full, high-intensity workouts on day 1, this gives you a chance to ease back into it, nurse that injury a bit, etc.

With the program, you get:

– 28 days of workouts
– our Rapid Results done-for-you meal plan
– before / after body comp

We are extending out the start date on this by another week. You will be able to start the week of May 21st, and still get in your full 28 days.

But after that, we are not 100% sure we are going to keep the program going, or what our full schedule will be.
