Have you seen this video yet? It gives you a great idea of what we do at a typical day at FVT:
Our upcoming Charity Boot Camp – 6pm, Weds, March 21st at our 1530 X Street location – is a great opportunity for you to try a boot camp if you’re new, OR to get an extra workout in if you’re currently training with us.
We will be doing the Mean Bean Challenge as a team – during the week of March 19-23 – and your contribution and attendance at this event is to support us.
(The Mean Bean Challenge is a five day event – organized by Tearfund – where participants eat nothing but rice and beans for 5 days, and get sponsored to end hunger. More info herehttps://www.tearfund.org/en/about_you/fundraise/mean_bean_challenge/)
Here’s how it works:
1 – Sign up using the link below to reserve your spot at the event and support the cause. Several members of the FVT Team will be participating and actually DOING the Challenge, as well as several of our clients! (If YOU are interested in actually TAKING the Challenge yourself – let me know! We would love to have you join in!)
2 – Bring your contribution – as much or as little as you like – in cash or check on the day of the event. Our goal as a team is to raise $830 – enough to provide ten families with life-transforming skills and resources, helping to make hunger a thing of the past.
(Please make checks out to Forest Vance Training, Inc – we will collect the funds and distribute to Tearfund with a single check)
