1. What is your main fitness goal?
Ultimately, I would love to be a personal trainer in addition to acting and doing stage combat. I feel that I am still at a place where I need a lot of guidance, though – not so much because I don’t know what to do but because I need that person there helping me commit, telling me I need to keep going. I would love to be that kind of trained for someone like me somewhere down the line.
2. What part or parts of your body do you want to change the most?
I wish I could get a smaller lower body – I have good muscle throughout, but I don’t like my athletic-ish legs. Anytime I gain weight, it only goes to my lower body. Even when I am doing intense cardio every day for at least 45 minutes, that doesn’t seem to shift much.
3. What are your biggest frustrations in reaching your fitness goal(s)?
Not having enough income to get a gym membership, even at the YMCA, is really unfortunate. I love the gym atmosphere and knowing I can workout indoors makes me much more likely to go do it (for cardio/class/observation purposes).
4. (if you’re an existing or past client) What do you like (or dislike) about your workouts?
I dislike generic workouts and I like workouts that work. Every workout doesn’t work for everybody, but I don’t know which ones really work for me and which ones don’t. Without weights or props I often get bored of doing the same body weight workouts. It isn’t that I don’t like working out, I love it, but I get bored very quickly.
5. Any additional comments/concerns/etc.
I appreciate the e-mails and look forward to furthering my fitness career and expanding my knowledge of health and a fit lifestyle.

1. What is your main fitness goal?
To lose inches/weight/body fat and to tone my muscles!
2. What part or parts of your body do you want to change the most?
My stomach/abs, for sure.
3. What are your biggest frustrations in reaching your fitness goal(s)?
That I have never been able to lose the stomach I have! My barriers seems to: Eating at night, my overall diet, time in the day to workout on a regular basis, and not doing enough cardio.
4. (if you’re an existing or past client) What do you like (or dislike) about your workouts?
I love the bootcamps. I have found that going twice a week to the bootcamps (and I started going about a month and a half ago), already has toned my muscles and with my increased strength, I have been able to run longer than I used to be able to! Even when I don’t have time to workout some of the other days, those 2 days of bootcamp get me through the week sometimes!
5. Any additional comments/concerns/etc.

My main fitness goals are to tone up and build strength. I would like to change my hips, glutes and thighs the most. My biggest frustration is figuring out the timing of taking my medication (thyroid), eating and excersize with enough time to get ready for work. I realy like the work outs because they push me beyond what I would do on my own or even at a gym.
I also like the variety of excersizes and of course how I feel afterwards.

To lose weight and to be fit
2. What part or parts of your body do you want to change the most?
My Midsection

Dieting is difficult. I have always had a hard time losing and keeping weight off of my stomach and abs.

Available times for classes. Would be nice to have a couple more time slots available.
5. Any additional comments/concerns/etc.
I love the boot camps and am happy that I joined. Suggestion – Maybe incorporate an extra 10 minutes of intense cardio? So 55 min sessions?
Great feedback! You guys came through for me on the last day 🙂 We’ll go through the entries and pick a winner today …
