Protein Oatmeal Pancakes
1 cup oatmeal (dry)
1/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Blend ingredients for about 30 seconds
Measure out 1/4 cup of “batter” for each pancake; makes 4
