Someone sent me a message a couple of days ago, asking:
“I was thinking about signing up for your 6 week Challenge coming up. What do you think?”
And I thought – there are probably a lot of other folks wondering the same thing!
So – if YOU are thinking about applying for the FVT Fall 2018 Transformation Challenge – here is my advice:
It is FOR YOU if:
– You are working out and watching what you eat and are doing okay, but are not really getting the results you want. This Challenge will give you the high-level direction and accountability you need to make it happen.
– You are NOT working out currently, but want to get into it, and want the coaching and accoutability and structure to really get awesome results, right out of the gate.
It is NOT for you if:
– You are not ready to put in the work. You will need to commit to consistent workouts, and watching what you eat. You are going to get amazing RESULTS, but you want to do it with zero effort, it is not going to happen.
– Your #1 goal is muscle gain. You WILL gain some lean muscle, but if you are looking to bulk up, this is not oriented towards that. Message me personally about our Lean and Jacked program instead.
