This is for NEW or AT LEAST 6 MONTHS INACTIVE clients … who fit the following criteria … and are ready to CHALLENGE themselves to get back in shape, and get their health back on track in 2018:
— Have between 10 and 30 pounds to lose
— Will commit to working out 45 minutes per day, 3 days per week for the next 14 days
— Can follow our meal plan that will teach you how and what to eat
